We want you to be happy with your purchases, so you are welcome to exchange any item you are not satisfied with
In order to exchange goods, return to Femina Garments (Pvt) Ltd within 15 days of purchase. Please return garments with the original or a copy of the original invoice.
Returned items will not be exchanged if they are received by Femina Garments later than 15 days from the date your order was dispatched.
Returned garments must not have been worn or altered and must be returned in their original state.
Any garment queries/faults which are due to a clear oversight on behalf of Femina Garments will be exchanged and returned at our cost.
SIZE EXCHANGES:
Courier costs for sending back these items will be for the customer’s account.
We strongly recommend that customers send any returns via an insured, trackable service. Garments returned for size exchanges will follow our normal production delivery cycle.
If style/size exchanges are made and additional charges arise, exchanged items will not be despatched until these amounts are settled in full. If the exchange results in credit we will refund that to you.
Items cannot be returned for a refund only.
Please note: Femina Garments cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by mishandling, failure to follow garment care instructions, or excessive wear and tear.
All Corporate and Fashion garments are made to order. As a result, please note that commercially acceptable variations in colour may occur due to slight differences in fabric from different deliveries.
The same styles manufactured in different quality fabrics can feel slightly different in fit, although the exact same pattern is used, and garments manufactured at the same time. These differences should not warrant size exchanges.
